How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Are Julep products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan; please check the specific product page ingredients list for the vegan seal.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied, you can return lightly used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we send an automated email containing your tracking link. You can also log into your Julep account to view order history and status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our beauty community to more countries in the near future.
